It's True!
Well, it's true. I'm writing a novel in November.
I joined NaNoWriMo this year and am enjoying the process and the challenge.
I just logged in a total of 17,963 words after my 7th day. Don't think they all are spelled correctly or editted. That will come. For now I'm just enjoying being a writer with a huge goal ahead of me.
I'm writing a young person's novel. The main characters are a young girl, Nila and a young boy, Peiter. Peiter lives in a gypsy community, in Germany. Nila lives on an Amish farm, in the eastern part of America. How they meet? I guess you'll have to read my novel.
I'll have written 50,000 words by the last day of November. Holden, my son, is my buddy. He accomplished his novel in 2013 with NaNoWriMo and is writing again this year. That's how I heard about this great idea and thought I'd try it.
I included some facts on the program.
